Our client had bought a two bedroom and a two washroom Condo for his parents who were supposed to live in the condo. His concern was whether their parents would like the Condo or not.
We suggested he enlarge the kitchen entrance, install new kitchen cabinets, and change the laminate floor. The very beautiful tiles were installed on the foyer and kitchen floor.
After signing the contract, we finished the project in two months. Fortunately, their parents loved the Condo.
