Our client owned a semi-detached two story house in a beautiful area very close to the lake. However, they were unhappy with the limited amount of light on the main floor. They also wanted to build a shared bathroom on the second floor and renovate the full house.
Based on the permit drawings, we cut the back brick wall and installed a large patio door there. That made the main floor very bright.
A very nice and modern kitchen cabinet was installed and a both side waterfall island was placed in the middle of the kitchen.
Both bathrooms on the second floor were renovated and new hardwood, central vacuum, and woodworking were installed.
The renovation of the house was finished on time and the clients were extremely satisfied with the result.
