One of our previous clients referred us to their neighbours.
They had a beautiful design for renovation. Based on that, we removed a partition wall and a loading wall from the middle of the house. We also removed the step in the dining room that was created to cover the uneven floor. The joists of the floor in that area was also fixed.
We created new closets in the foyer area and installed millwork on one side of the living room. We changed the cover of the steps and added new handrail as well.
Ultimately, the kitchen, powder room, mudroom and the second floor bathroom was completely renovated.
